On screen, or on paper, I love to design. A good presentation does more than just "look good", it communicates ideas, feelings, and values. Through the years, I have worked on a wide range of designs in a variety of mediums, including web sites, book covers, advertisements, and even content for video games.

• Producing a variety of options and ideas for the client to choose from.
• Applying important principals of design, such as color theory, balance, and typography.
• Insuring consistency of design and presentation among related items.

With web design I am skilled at:

• Coding pages by hand in HTML with use of CSS and PHP as needed.
• Creating and implementing MySQL databases.
• Testing and insuring compatibility with a wide range of browsers and configurations.
• Working within popular content management systems as needed.
• Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and accessibility.
